Our Services

Personalized support for a better quality of life

In-Home Personal Care (IDD-Focused)

Hands-on assistance with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation — delivered with patience, consistency, and respect for the individual's independence and routines. Our caregivers are trained to support communication styles, sensory sensitivities, and behavioral supports unique to each person.

Medication Management & Health Monitoring

We help ensure medications are taken correctly and on schedule, monitor for changes in health or behavior, and maintain clear communication with physicians, nurses, and specialists involved in your loved one's care.

Companionship & Social Engagement

Isolation can be one of the hardest challenges for individuals with IDD and their families. Our caregivers provide genuine companionship — engaging in conversation, hobbies, and community outings — to support social skills, emotional well-being, and a richer quality of life.

Care Coordination & Planning

We work with families, LIDDAs (Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authorities), schools, and medical providers to coordinate a seamless plan of care, helping families navigate the HCS program, transitions to new services, and day-to-day logistics.

Respite & Family Support

Caregiving is demanding, and family caregivers need rest too. Our respite services give parents and guardians the ability to step away — for a few hours or longer — knowing their loved one is in capable, trained hands.

Additional Support Through the HCS Program

As an HCS provider, Alif Home Care Group can also help coordinate access to additional services available under the HCS waiver and the Community First Choice (CFC) program, including

  • Behavioral support
  • Occupational, physical, and speech therapy
  • Nursing services
  • Social work
  • Supported employment and employment assistance
  • Adaptive aids and minor home accessibility modifications
  • Transition assistance services

(Service availability depends on individual assessment, plan of care, and HHSC approval.)Type your paragraph here

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Option

For families who want more control over who provides care, the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) option allows individuals living in their own home or family home to self-direct certain services — including recruiting, hiring, training, and managing their own service providers. Alif Home Care Group can help guide families through this option, including connecting with a Financial Management Services Agency (FMSA) to manage payroll, tax withholding, and required background checks.
