A Note on the HCS Program

Alif Home Care Group provides services through Texas's Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) Medicaid waiver program, administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). HCS is designed to help Texans with an intellectual disability or a related condition live in the community rather than in an institutional setting, and our services are designed to complement — not replace — the natural supports of family and community already in your loved one's life.
